Food For The Poor has 222 projects underway in Haiti and another 464 that have been completed since 1996. Key projects focus on different aspects of development:
Through 2008, more than 8,000 single-unit houses have been built.
There are 35 water and sanitation projects under construction.
Food For The Poor works with five orphanages as part of the Angels of Hope program. |

The concept of a Goods Bank is similar to that of a Food Bank. The Lowell Wish Project works all year long to make sure that basic goods are available. Every day dozens of families are referred to us for kitchen tables and pots so they can eat healthy meals as a family. Our goods are a leg up that improves the quality of life for our local needy. Our ultimate goal is to help people stretch their limited finances by providing large expensive items such as furniture at no cost so they can escape homelessness for good.

PXE International initiates, funds and conducts research, provides support for individuals and families affected by Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum; and provides resources for healthcare professionals. Pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) is an inherited disorder that causes select elastic tissue in the body to become mineralized. |

The Not For Sale Campaign equips and mobilizes Smart Activists to deploy innovative solutions to re-abolish slavery in their own backyards and across the globe. The major obstacle that we face in the fight against modern-day slavery is that the crime is hidden. Individuals that work in the field know that slavery is not part of the current collective consciousness. Initially, it shocks the general public to learn that slavery still exists and is widespread. Together, we can end slavery in our lifetime.

| SPF Foundation |
The Spastic Paraplegia Foundation, Inc. (SPF), dedicated to finding the cures for HSP and PLS and providing information and support services. The SPF is the only organization dedicated to two groups of neurological disorders called Spastic Paraplegia (Hereditary and Apparently Sporadic)* and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS). These spinal cord disorders cause progressive weakness and spasticity in the muscles in the lower body. People generally go from difficulty walking to needing a cane to sometimes a wheelchair.
